Global Stream ("we", "our", or "us") is a free live-TV streaming application (FAST model). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data. By using Global Stream you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, microphone, camera, or any sensitive personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver and improve the app experience (favorite sync, watch history)
• To serve free, ad-supported content through the Google IMA SDK
• To monitor app stability and fix crashes via Firebase Crashlytics
• To understand aggregate usage patterns via Firebase Analytics — data is anonymized and never tied to your identity for marketing purposes

3. Third-Party Services

Global Stream relies on the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics
• Google Sign-In — optional account login
• Google IMA SDK / Ad Manager — video advertising

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above to operate the app, and only to the extent necessary to provide those services.

5. Data Retention

• Favorites (Firestore) — retained until you delete your account or remove the favorite
• Watch history — stored locally on your device; cleared when you uninstall the app
• Analytics events — retained by Google per their standard Firebase Analytics policy (up to 14 months)
• Crash reports — retained by Google for 90 days per Firebase Crashlytics policy
• Ad impression logs — retained in Firestore for up to 12 months, then automatically purged

6. Children's Privacy

Global Stream is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (e.g., sign out of Google to stop Firestore sync)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including Firebase security rules that restrict data access to the authenticated user who owns it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
